Wraps

What are the benefits of wrapping my vehicle? A wrap protects your factory paint, opens up unlimited color and finish options, and is fully removable down the line. It's faster and more cost-effective than respraying, acts as a sacrificial layer against rock chips and sun, and individual panels are easier to touch up than paint. It can also boost resale value or run double-duty as advertising.

What colors and finishes can I get? Hundreds. Matte, satin, gloss, pearl, iridescent, color-shift, chrome, carbon — plus specialty films like colored overlaminates, reflective, and full custom prints. Our color consult room has 400+ wrapped templates showing each film on a curved bodyline, not the usual 3x6" swatch book, so you see the real depth before you commit.

What can actually be wrapped? Almost anything with a clean gloss-painted surface — full vehicles, panels, dirt bikes, off-road rigs, interior accents. Textured oil-based plastics can be wrapped but aren't covered under warranty. Matte, primered, or unpainted surfaces aren't ideal. Outside of vehicles: glass, painted walls, brick, floors, wood — there's a film for it.

Does it matter which brand of vinyl you use? Yes. We only work with a short list of cast films from the brands we trust. You get what you pay for — cheap vinyl shrinks, fades, and fails early, and we're not putting our name on that.

PPF & Tint

How does PPF differ from a vinyl wrap? Paint Protection Film is a clear, self-healing urethane built specifically to take rock chips, road debris, and bug etching. Wraps change how your car looks; PPF protects how it already looks. Many clients run both — PPF on high-impact areas, wrap over the rest.

Do existing dents and rock chips affect the install? They show through. Vinyl and PPF conform to the surface underneath, so any dings, chips, or rough paint will telegraph through the film. We'll walk the car with you before install and flag anything worth addressing first.

Care, Maintenance & Pricing

How long does a wrap last and how do I care for it? With proper care, a quality cast wrap holds up for years. Hand wash with pH-neutral soap, skip automatic brush washes, keep it out of prolonged direct sun when you can, and avoid pressure-washing seams up close. Full care guide on services.html.

Do I need to prep my vehicle before drop-off? Bring it clean, with a recent wash. Remove personal items from the areas being worked on. We handle full surface prep and decontamination in-shop before any film touches the car.

How much does it cost and how long does it take? Pricing depends on coverage, film choice, and vehicle complexity — a partial accent runs very different from a full color change or full PPF. Most full wraps are a multi-day build. Send us photos through contact.html for a real quote and timeline.
